By accessing and using softtechpoint.com and engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Soft-Tech Point provides IT services including web development, app development, SEO, digital marketing, cloud solutions, and IT consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are outlined in individual client Statements of Work (SOW) or project agreements, which form part of these terms.
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, code) is the property of Soft-Tech Point and protected by copyright law. Regarding client deliverables: full ownership of custom code, designs, and creative assets transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment as specified in the project agreement.
Standard terms: 50% upfront deposit, 50% on project completion for projects under $10,000. Custom milestone-based schedules apply for larger engagements as agreed in the SOW. All invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.
Soft-Tech Point shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. Soft-Tech Point will not disclose client information to third parties without express written consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is liable for all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
